Warranty

Every conversion we send out is covered for 6 months from the date of delivery. If a set we built fails because of how we built it, we make it right.

Covered

  • Internal fogging or condensation caused by our sealing process
  • Lens separation, delamination or adhesive failure
  • Cracking of the lens or housing under normal use
  • Faults in the optional LED upgrade kit, including supplied load resistors

Not covered

  • Damage caused during installation, removal or transport after delivery
  • Impact, collision, stone chips, vandalism or theft
  • Abrasive polishes, solvents, pressure washing or heat-gun damage
  • Fines, defects or penalties arising from off-road-only use on public roads
  • Customer-supplied assemblies that arrive already cracked, warped or water damaged

Making a claim

    Email us with your order details and clear photos of the fault.

  2. 02

    We assess and respond — usually within two business days.

  3. 03

    If it's a warranty fault, we cover repair or replacement, including return freight within Australia.

Off-road use only

All of our tail light modifications are made for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. Please refer to your local laws and regulations to see if this is permitted for street use in your area. We are not liable to any damage this product causes from installation or its use.
